Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge election rally at Balaghat in poll bound Madhya Pradesh. While addressing the masses he slammed the BJP by saying BJP has failed to deliver in the state. He also said Congress will empower the women, waive of the farmers’ loan and provide jobs to 2 lakhs youth of the state.
