Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge election rally at Balaghat in poll bound Madhya Pradesh. While addressing the masses he slammed the BJP by saying BJP has failed to deliver in the state. He also said BJP wants poor to break the wall of poverty with his head. But Congress wants to empower the poor. Congress has brought the RTI to overcome the corruption.
