Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge election rally at Balaghat in poll bound Madhya Pradesh. While addressing the masses he slammed the BJP by saying BJP has failed to deliver in the state. He also said development is necessary but Congress also want to help the poor and down trodden people, that’s why Congress has brought MNREGA, Food Security Bill, RTI, Right to education to empower the masses.
