Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge election rally at Balaghat in poll bound Madhya Pradesh. While addressing the masses he slammed the BJP by saying BJP has failed to deliver in the state. He also said the major difference between two parties is thinking. Congress believes this country belongs to every single citizen of India, but BJP runs the government for the select and elite people.
