Doctors are racing to vaccinate children living in a refugee camp in the Central African Republic city of Bangui against measles.
Up to 10,000 people have been living in a makeshift camp near Bangui's airport due to violence between the predominantly Muslim Seleka fighters, who seized power last March, and Christian militias.
In addition to a measles outbreak, the camp has also been shot at in the past, according to Doctors Without Borders.
