Kent Frost is a photographer from Springfield, Missouri who has taken up the challenge of making a “1 Second, Every Day” video for each of the past two years. In 2012 he sometimes struggled to come up with ideas for each day, but 2013 didn’t prove so troublesome. The reason? He was going to be a dad.
