Afghani violence targeting women increases

Setara, who had her nose and lips chopped off and was repeatedly stabbed, is an example of the increasing number of Afghani women who face domestic violence. The Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission said that in 2013 they saw a 26% increase in report from women saying they had been violently assaulted. With perpetrators getting away with their criminal acts, this number is not expected to drop. Al Jazeera's Jane Ferguson reports from Kabul.
