SpaceX launched the THAICOM 6 telecommunications satellite for the satellite provider THAICOM on Monday (January 6).
The satellite launched aboard an upgraded, 224-foot-tall Falcon 9 rocket from SpaceX's Launch Complex 40 in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
In this flight, the Falcon 9 rocket delivered the THAICOM 6 satellite to a Geosynchronous Orbit of the Earth.
