40,000 new laws and regulations will be introduced in America in 2014. Some of the strangest include legislation allowing new mothers to bring their placentas home from the hospital and no longer being able to smoke in cars with children. Residents of Colorado will be able to openly and legally smoke weed and children in California will be allowed to use the bathroom of the sex they most identify with as opposed to their birth sex.
