Internationally-renowned Formula One record-holder Michael Schumacher is in 'critical' condition in a French hospital, his agent says.
He had been on a private ski trip in the French Alps when he hit his head on a rock while skiing off-piste, according to a ski resort official.
The director of Grenoble Hospital Jean-Marc Grenier provides more information.
