Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi addressed a function “Self-help group” sponsored by state government called “Umeed” for the empowerment of women in Jammu and Kashmir during his visit. “Empowerment of women is among top three priorities of our government.” He added and also said that his government want that many other banks should have established in J&K other than J&K bank.
