It's amazing how some individuals can run criminal operations even while being in jail.

One male in the Fairfax prison located in Virginia allegedly ran a prostitution ring from behind the steel bars.

32-year-old Lenny Paul Haskins has been accused of placing phone calls from jail to two prostitutes, who had placed advertisements online regarding sexual favors for money. The prostitutes met with clients at the Rockville Best Western hotel.

Once the money came in, it was transferred to Haskins' commissary account at the prison. It didn’t take long for jail authorities to track the cash and link the prostitutes and Haskins together.

Haskins criminal record dates back about a decade ago. His previous offenses pertain to narcotics, weapons, robbery and prostitution. He is currently in jail from charges last year for failure to appear in court for a felony offense and possession of marijuana.

In September of 2012, Haskins was slapped with a charge of child neglect with substantial bodily harm, in connection with an infant’s death. At that time, he had outstanding warrants for different crimes in various states.
