I find the Sky Pillar...mreh, it was RIGHT THERE the whole time, I passed it on the way to Pacifidlog Town. Get Rayquaza, go to Sootopolis. Backtrack to the Trick House. Go to Sootopolis. Backtrack to New Mauville. BACK to Sootopolis. I've been playing so much Resident Evil that I'm in backtrack mode it seems. Either that, or I have a poor ability to make plans. Either way.
