Famed actress and mental health advocate Glenn Close stood with Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) and Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO) Wednesday to promote the Excellence in Mental Health Act. The proposed legislation would expand mental health services, by allowing community clinics to bill Medicaid.
