NSA whistleblower seeks asylum in Brazil

National Security Agency whistleblower Edward Snowden has offered to help Brazil in exchange for asylum. Snowden petitioned the public after revelations President Dilma Rousseff's phone was hacked by a US spy agency. Rousseff's office said it has not received an official asylum request.
