Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a congress rally in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh said that Delhi government has sent funds to the state government but all in vain, nothing has happened. He said “Farmer asks himself, Will his grandson able to sit in aeroplane ever. But even I haven’t got the fund which has been sent by Delhi government.”
