Vessel MT Monger 3 sailed off in August with nine seafarers to Oman but it ran out off fuel and is anchored in Khorfakkan port, Dubai. It is reported that that ship is ran out of food too and crew members are dependent on other. However it is reported that the shipping agency has not paid the seafarers for month. Through TV9 one of the crew member, Jai Kumar Singh conveyed their poor plight and mental agony.
