Robber Reaches Through Protective Window at Romantic Hotel

Police in Cherry Hill, New Jersey are on the hunt for a suspect who dived right through a protective window while robbing a romantic themed hotel called the Inn of the Dove.

Protective windows for clerks and attendants don’t always do the job of keeping workers safe. Police in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey are on the hunt for a suspect who dived right through one of those windows while robbing a romantic themed and seductive hotel called the Inn of the Dove.

The disturbing incident occurred a little after 7:30 am on a recent Tuesday. The crime was also captured on surveillance footage.

The bearded male quickly jumped through the tiny opening and violently grabbed the registration clerk. He reportedly demanded money and grabbed the master key to all the hotel rooms.

The suspect then pushed the worker and tried to force her into one of the rooms but fortunately she was able to escape. The man took off on foot and made off with approximately $400.

He is described as a black man in his mid 30s. No arrests have yet been made but a thorough investigation has been launched.

The footage was released to the public, in the hopes someone will recognize the suspect. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Cherry Hill police department directly.
