Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a Congress rally in Mangolpuri, Delhi stated that they have come to masses and ask them what they want. “We always come to you, we come to you, we come to women and ask what they want, where we are lacking and then we make ordinance accordingly, we want to strength the weaker section so that India can progress you can progress.” Rahul Gandhi added.
