Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a Congress rally in Mangolpuri, Delhi lashed out the ideology of opposition that bureaucrats run the government. “Common man runs the system and if it’s a law then it should be liable for the common man.” Rahul Gandhi further added that the main cause of poverty is ill health of poor; he remarked that government is providing the medicines without any cost in Rajisthan which is very appreciable.
