Cheerleaders all want higher jumps and better stunts. Strength in the Hip flexors and hips will help a cheerleader explode off the floor to jump higher. Every Cheerleader should spend some time working to become stronger in the legs, hips and core. The Kinetic Bands area a great training tool to use during your cheerleading workouts.
