Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a Congress rally in Mangolpuri, Delhi talked about the rights that being given to common people. “We have given the power to you through RTI so that government is answerable to you directly.” He further added, “Congress always brings everyone together without any discrimination.”
