Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a Congress rally in Mangolpuri, Delhi appreciated the UPA’s 15 years tenure in Delhi. “Congress has made the Delhi an educational hub as 5 new universities and 50,000 new seats have been provided and youth have gained from this.” Rahul Gandhi added.
