Orange City daycare teacher, Rochelle Sap, threw a little girl to the ground, resulting in the child?s eventual death. Sap originally told investigators that the girl fell down the stairs but has now admitted to injuring the child herself. Reportedly, the woman threw the three-year-old to the ground after the she refused to take her coat off.
