Barcelona, 9 Dec (EFE).- Barcelona president Sandro Rosell stated that the lawsuit brought against him at Spain's National Court by a club member for "wrongful appropriation through embezzlement" in the signing of Neymar is "unfounded and rash"
According to Spanish daily El Mundo, the plaintiff, Jordi Cases, who forms part of the "Consulta Qatar" group, accuses the Barcelona chairman, Sandro Rosell, for wrongful appropriation of 40 million euros allegedly committed in the transfer of Brazilian footballer.
