A winter storm caused travel chaos across Scotland on December 5 after high winds forced the closure of the rail network and many roads. Winds in excess of 160kph were reported in some areas of Scotland with felled trees and power lines adding to the disruption. This footage shows the storm pushing waves high against a house in Cemaes Bay, Anglesey, off the coast of north Wales. Credit: Hayley Fitton
