Fable Kitchen in Kitsilano is the culinary lovechild of Top Chef Canada alum Chef Trevor Bird and Mother Nature. Fable embodies the philosophy of "from farm to table" to such a degree that many of their ingredients are brought fresh from the countryside the morning they are cooked!
