Justice Ganguly shouldn’t resign from WB HRC: Swamy

Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy said that the Justice AK Ganguly should not be resigned only on the basis of allegations, as the law intern has only made allegations and no case and FIR has been lodged against him.
