Serge Vorobyov tried to spread a little holiday cheer by dropping 1,000 one-dollar bills to black-friday shoppers from the fourth floor of the Mall of America in Minnesota. But local police weren?t quite as touched by the holiday spirit- eventually arresting him for disorderly conduct. Apparently, the generous shopper just wanted to ?pay it forward? after a rough year.
