The Supreme Court on Monday (December 2) issued a notice to the Centre on a plea of the December 16 gangrape victim's father in the case. The petition that was filed sates that the juvenility of an accused needs to be decided by criminal court, not by juvenile justice board. The SC has asked the victim's father to annexe the portion of the statement that implicates the juvenile offender in the case.
