Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh took on Narendra Modi on Monday (December 2) about the snooping scandal, saying that Modi setting a probe panel is like the accused deciding who will investigate the case. Earlier, Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde had hinted at the possibilty of an MHA probe into allegations of snooping against the Gujarat government.
