Just what I'm doing to prep myself for a successful round of hcg- cravings and the mental aspect are the hardest part of this diet so I'm doing what i can to prepare to make it the best it can be.
Gained 1.2 loading after 1 day- loading on high fat and protein only- no sugar or carbs, including fruit.
