Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - How much longer until our eviction after bankruptcy? - My wife and I filed chapter 7 late last year ('08) and were discharged in January of this year ('09). We included our (B of A) mortgage in the bankruptcy and here we are now in September and still haven't received an eviction notice. Can anybody tell me how long this takes? It's very stressful to not know. Thanks. -
