However, I am thinking about filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy to start with a clean slate after I clean my act up. My question is, I've heard when filing for BK, the court will want to see where all of your money has gone (to prevent people from having their friends/family hold it for you I guess). Will I have to provide proof that I spent thousands of dollars per month at the casinos? How would I do that? The only thing I have in the way proof would be bank statements over the last year showing withdrawals from casino ATMs. Is this enough to satisfy the BK courts? -
