No official partnership, just an agreement among us. I filed BK7 and was discharged in July. Property was not retitled, refi'ed or sold. However the other members are now trying to do a deed in lieu of forclosure. In trying to get an FHA loan in the future, will this count as a foreclosure against me even though I wasn't involved in the foreclosure or had a say in it? What if the other members go BK instead? -
