I have a mortgage, which i am not claiming and continuing to pay and also an unsecured line of credit, which will be discharged in court for 20,000. I also do my checking at the same bank, so after the bankruptcy will wells fargo be able to take money from my checking to pay back some of the line of credit. I got the mortgage in 2002, unsecured line in 2004 and just got checking in 2009, so there was no clause in the original terms of the line of credit allowing this to happen. Any help will be great. -
