On Sept 8th, Alexis Biesiada performed at a concert benefiting The Sandy Ground Project, an amazing cause raising money to help build 26 playgrounds in Storm Sandy ravaged locations , each in the name of one of the 26 victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre. This event took place in Highlands, NJ, where a playground was built in honor of Daniel Barden, a 7 year-old who lost his life during the tradgedy.
