What gives? Don't most Creditors report major delinquencies at the 6 month point? When exactly should the clock have started ticking?
To confuse matters more: this debt was either assigned to or bought by Mann Bracken, who happened to file for Bankruptcy around the same time that this item was reported as a major delinquency. Can I surmise from this that Mann Bracken was working on behalf of the original Creditor (as opposed to having bought it from them), and that it is now back in the hands of the original Creditor? -
