I purchased a house 5 yrs ago with my sister. However the house went into foreclosure. Do to her finances. Now on my credit report it shows an outstanding loan balance of 60k. I was wondering if she filed bankruptcy could she eat the whole 60k or would all of it be put back on me or would just half of it be ??? Thanks -
