He is very upset but he left his home unlocked and he does not know how they got in the safe to take the money. My question is this. He is doing bankruptcy and he did not report to his attorney that he had that money saved back. If he calls the police and police report is filed and the court will dismiss his bankruptcy due to fraud? He did not tell about him having that money saved. I told him he should have locked his home and should not be keeping that kind of money in the house. But, he pretty much is just out of that money because he cannot call the police due to his bankruptcy or he could get in trouble. What are your guy's thoughts or what should he do? -
