What to? - I co-signed for my ex car lone 3 yrs ago. He moved out of state w/ the car,has missed payments,and is in bankruptcy. The car is not in the bankruptcy. was making payments until 2 months ago. I have made the payments. I called and tried to make arrangements for payments. He said the bank said that he dose not need to pay while in bankruptcy. He said if I was worried about my credit I should pay and he will keep the car. I can't get a strait answer from the bank and lawyers want to charge me for info on my legal rights. WHAT CAN I DO?????? -
