My question is should I be looking to receive a 1099-A or 1099-C form in regards to filing taxes? Also my house was part of the bankruptcy, do I include the interest paid in 2009 on the house in my taxes? I stopped making the payments sometime mid year 2009 and at that point it was in a forbearance.
