First, I’ll click in my table. Now I can see my Table Tools tab, so I’ll come up into my Table Tools and I’ll click Layout.
Now I can insert a row by moving over to the Rows & Columns group and clicking Insert Above.
If I don’t want the column I can click Delete and then Delete Columns. I can also do all of this by using right-click.
