Also, my mom added me on the title of her home a few years ago when she asked me to refinance her loan under my name since I had excellent credit. It's in reality her home, just technically I'm on it until one day her credit is good enough to refinance back to her name and then she'll drop me off of the title. Will this look like I have assets and affect the BK? -
