If someone files Chapter 7 and lists what bank accounts they have on the petition, but open another bank account during the bankruptcy after already filing, do they have to notify the trustee? Also, if a person gains an interest in a pension and a deferred compensation plan, after filing, do they have to notify the trustee?
If the trustee needs to be notified in one or both of the situations above, does an amendment get filed with the bankruptcy court and would that be public information as well? This is in CA. -
