Actually there's no way around it, it will happen sooner or later. I made too many bad choices in my youth and now I'm in a financial hole. My Fiance and I are in the middle of buying a home, were at the Attorney Review stage of the process. Obviously with my poor credit my name is not on the loan for the home but we will be including my name on the deed of the home at Closing.
