He defaulted? - He included me in the bankruptcy, I received 2 payments of $110 each, he has now defaulted and the stay has been lifted. Should I take him to small claims court? Do I need to wait any amount of time before doing anything? Please help me out this guy is driveing a Beemer, has two other cars, a huge house, and takeing vacations, its really burning me up.
