I dont know when its a good time to go for it.? - Im engaged & looking to buy a home. My fiance had a home but the tenant he rented out to did not pay & he had to foreclose which led to his bankruptcy. I just bought my first new used car & the dealer says i have good credit but just not established. 2 points from a credit score of 700. Im sure it has gone up since then. I dont know when its the right time even though i pay $1150 in rent now. Id rather be paying my mortgage. Any Advice? -
