I have no other choice. Because I am in school, I cannot keep up with my credit card payments and my mortgage payment. Bankruptcy seems like the best choice because my condo is not worth more than how much I owe, and my credit card payments are crazy. My question is that when I want to consolidate my school loans, will bankruptcy affect my ability to do so??? I've been reading around, but can't find a definite answer. Please help!!
