We bought a computer from Dell in December on their credit account. Will they repossess it? When we bought it we also purchased the warranty with it. After we file (if we get to keep it) does that mean they won't honor the warranty? I have searched through exemptions when filing Chapter 7 but haven't found anything that addresses this. Any help would be great. We can't file for at least another 3 months because we have to save the money for the attorney but even then the computer will only be 7-8 mos old. We are still current with Dell and making payments but in the end we will have to include them with the rest of the debts. -
